Acoustic and electric instrument setup including adjusting string height, neck alignment, and harmonic intonation.

Electric Guitar Hot Rod

You can have a super electric guitar and still have money left over for an amp and/or effects pedal.  We can take a good electric guitar and turn it into a great electric guitar by installing custom wound Bare Knuckles pickups and Lindy Fralin pickups with a custom set it up to your requirements.

Musical Instrument Lessons

Have you always wanted to learn how to play an instrument but didn't know where to start or would you like to take your skills to the next level.  No matter whether you like Rock, Country, Jazz, Blues, and/or Blue Grass; Strings has qualified instructors for guitar, banjo, and mandolin.

Recording Studio

If you want to spend a lot of money and get a professionally engineered demo CD, there are a lot of great places in town.

But if you just want to hear what you, your instrument, or your equipment sounds like recorded or just want to lay down that song or riff you have had in your head, for TEN BUCKS ($10) per hour*  you need to come and sign up for Strings Recording Booth complete with Tascam 24 track recorder and Alesis DM5 drum kit.

*First come first serve basis.  You must sign up in person. You must be over 18 or have a parent sign you in.  By signing in for studio time, you acknowledge your liability and responsibility for the use of the equipment.  There is a two (2) hour session limit per day.  Price is subject to change without notice.
